At HERITAGE Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may return unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to availability).

Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at Admin@shopwithheritage.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email us at Admin@shopwithheritage.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
