Return Policy

At HERITAGE Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or product, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at Admin@shopwithheritage.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Admin@shopwithheritage.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
